An illegal television broadcast transmits long-lost recordings of extreme content: snuff films, police footage, derailed late-night television programs, and private videos that spiral completely out of control. Some tapes are old and damaged. Others appear new - and somehow wrong. The picture flickers, the sound distorts, and nothing is censored. Something sinister slowly creeps up behind the viewer.
