A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item of goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal shall expire prematurely in the case of contracts for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software if the seal has been removed after delivery.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, are not nationals of a Member State of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address at the time of concluding the contract are located outside the European Union.

General Information

  1. Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Kindly return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use suitable protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage by using appropriate packaging.

  2. Please do not return goods freight collect.

  3. Please note that the above points 1 and 2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
